Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KhanAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use KhanAI.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes. Misuse, including sharing accounts or automating access, may result in suspension.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

• Free and paid plans include a monthly credit allowance used across AI features.
• Credits do not roll over and expire when your plan resets or is cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Plan changes take effect after payment confirmation.
• You can cancel anytime from Profile Settings; cancellation moves you to the Free plan at the end of the current period.
• Unused credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Resell or redistribute generated output as a competing service.
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or security controls.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload and the prompts you submit. Generated outputs are provided for your use subject to the rights of any third-party models used. KhanAI may use anonymized usage data to improve the service but will not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before publishing or commercial use. KhanAI is not liable for the results of AI generation.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use KhanAI ends and unused credits are forfeited.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

KhanAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhanAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
