KhanAI ("we", "us", or "the app") is an AI content creation studio that lets you generate images, videos, voiceovers, music, and stories. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using KhanAI, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number (optional), and profile details you provide.
• Authentication data: login session tokens managed securely by the platform.
• Content you create: prompts, generated images, videos, audio, music, stories, and uploaded files.
• Usage data: features used, credit consumption, device/browser type, and approximate location (region-level).
• Payment metadata: when you purchase a plan, we store subscription status and transaction references — never full card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account and the content you generate.
• To process subscription payments and allocate credits.
• To secure the platform, detect fraud, and prevent abuse.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To improve features, performance, and reliability.

4. AI Content Generation

Prompts and generated outputs are sent to third-party AI providers (for example image, video, voice, music, and language model services) to produce your content. These providers process data on our behalf to return results and do not use your prompts to train their models through KhanAI. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or generate.

5. Third-Party Services

KhanAI integrates with external services for AI generation, payments (PayPal), email delivery, and analytics. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required to perform the requested operation.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and generated content for as long as your account is active. Subscription and credit history are retained for accounting and legal requirements. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

7. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Profile Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion removes your personal data and generated content. Some anonymized or legally-required records may be retained. This action cannot be undone.

8. Security

We use server-side authentication, row-level access controls, and encrypted transmission. API keys and secrets are stored only on the server and never exposed to the app. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

9. Children's Privacy

KhanAI is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.
